About GM Joshua Friedel

Joshua Friedel's USCF rating is 2639 and his FIDE rating is 2552. Friedel became a master in 2001 at the age of 14. In 2005 Friedel became an International Master, and then in 2009 he earned the Grandmaster title. Friedel has won many high-profile tournaments such as the New Hampshire State Championship (three times), the California State Championship (twice), and the U.S. Open Championship (2013).
